Music is the only thing that will keep these hearts beating.

With the combined talents of Adam, Cass, and Hana, the range of influences is enormous. Coming together to create a very unique, rock-rooted sound is not the only aspiration of this small group of passionate musicians. As artists, we are working to make our music heard and known across the world. With our first album, we experimented with different sounds to figure out what we sound like together and discover what works and what doesn't for us. We are proud to have put it out and have much more to come in the near future. Adam Burak

Vocals and Guitar

Coming out of the woodwork as a guitarist, vocalist, and songwiter, Adam combines the likes of sounds across the rock spectrum to create and perform a very unique sound. With influences ranging from 90s/2000s alternative/indie to early metal and grunge the possibilities are endless, and never cease to surprise and entertain while gripping at your very heartstrings with the aggressive sincerity of his lyrical content.

Hana Dehart

Bass Guitar

Hana is a bassist/guitarist with many talents and styles. She prefers to rock out on the bass with Dormant Hearts! Hana prefers to use music to convey emotions, rather than use words as “Words are too complicated”. Hana’s musical influence stems from a range of music from the 60’s to the 90’s with bands like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, the Foo Fighters, and Tool. In addition, you can hear the influence of guitar greats Chet Atkins, Les Paul and Leo Brower in her work.

Cass Saville

Drums

Cass Saville, previously of Mother Gnome, plays drums and percussion. He draws influences from Brooks Wackerman of Avenged Sevenfold, Blake Mostyn of Delta Sleep, Austin Carango of Mom Jeans, and Juan Ortiz of Calicuzns. He’s played in and influenced by various genres ranging from heavy metal, indie, and punk to jazz.
